WorkOrderPro

Capture, route, and track maintenance work—simply.

WorkOrderPro helps teams submit requests, route work to the right owners, and record completion with photos and notes. It’s a practical layer for day-to-day maintenance; it does not provide legal advice and does not replace regulated CMMS requirements.

FAQ

Is this a full CMMS?

No. It covers lightweight intake, routing, and closure. For regulated or complex CMMS needs, continue using your CMMS.

Can work orders include parts and time?

Yes. Technicians can note parts used and labor time.

Do you support recurring work?

Yes—simple recurrence. Complex PM libraries should remain in a CMMS.

Does this satisfy regulatory requirements?

No. WorkOrderPro supports operational workflows but does not, by itself, satisfy regulatory or compliance obligations. Consult your compliance team for requirements.
