You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activities under your account.

• No malware, viruses, or malicious code
• No attempts to bypass CrocLock or other security controls
• No false hazard reports or training completions
• No automated abuse or excessive API calls beyond reasonable limits

4. Service & Availability

We provide the service as described in documentation and applicable order forms. Availability commitments are set out in the SLA.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are due as stated on your order form. Late payments may incur charges as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the services. You retain all rights to your data.

7. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy and DPA describe how personal data is processed.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” except as expressly stated in an order form. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
