You’ll own the full sales cycle—prospect, demo, and close—partnering with Solutions Engineering to tailor value for safety, training, and compliance leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own a full-cycle pipeline from outbound to close
- Deliver tailored demos with clear business outcomes
- Build multi-threaded relationships across stakeholders
- Forecast accurately and maintain clean CRM hygiene
- Partner with CS to ensure smooth handoffs and adoption
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS new-business roles
- Strong discovery and ROI storytelling skills
- Comfort with MEDDICC or similar frameworks
- Experience selling into Ops/Safety/HR a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-site or regulated industries
- Familiarity with SSO/MFA, LMS, or compliance tools
